Homemade Triple Cooked Chips with some meat on the side…
On a Sunday where you have had a relaxing weekend and the girl friend just wanted to have chips for dinner then in stead of ordering some bad “take out” I prepared triple cooked chips for her.
They are just the perfect chips – crunchy and thick – and you never go back to the “factory made” chips. Home made rules – also for a simple thing as chips
The side dish was some beef on the Weber with some smokey BBQ sauce on – what a wonderful and simple Sunday meal for two. Why make it more complex?

First flight lesson…
Today I took my first flight lesson to see if a pilot certificate should be my next “hobby”. After a flight where I did took off from Roskilde Airport and was approved to do a low pass on Kastrups runway 22L in 300 foot and then pass my apartment in Ørestaden before heading back to Roskilde I have to say “I am pretty lost here”…. Just need some way to gather DKK 100K to fund it

It is quite a big mountain of garbage that is to be thrown out. Surprises me every time….

I do like operation upgrades….
When traveling each week and 90% is in Economy then it is always a nice pleasure a operational upgrade.
Today it was on LH from CPH-FRA where I got 03A.
